Min Order Quantity:

We do not limit MOQ for Trail Order. And we collect reasonable prices of samples and courier cost in advance.

Order processes:

1. You select items you are interested and let us know the quantity of each style. For small order, we must add different times for the original prices on web; for big orders, we will offer discount.
2. If you order FCL, we will provide packing sizes for each item and suggest and talk with you about suitable quantity for each style. Usually about a 20 FCL could fit 28 CBMs of big lamps and 30 CBMs of small lamps, vases or glasswares.
3. After final order is settled, we will give delivery time.
4. We will quote shipping cost if you need us to arrange it. Otherwise we follow FOB terms and you arrange shipping companies and let them contact us about shipping. We may buy insurance for you or your agent arranges it.
5. After negotiations about order, we will send Proforma Invoice for payment. Our Payment Term is: by full T/T in advance for the amount below USD 5,000; for the larger amount, by L/C at sight or 30% T/T in advance and the balance upon scanned copy of B/L. 6. After receiving payment, we will begin producing or packing. After wiring by you, usually it needs 3 work days for us to get money from US and 5 days from Europe.
7. After we ship the order, we scan and email copy of BL to you for rest payment if there is any by T/T payment.
8. After receiving final payment, we will send original documents of BL, Invoice and packing list or we will tele-release them to you.
9. The shipping companies will contact us. And you or you agent take document to collect your order.
10. Let us know your comments on our products. We will be responsible for any fault by us if there is any. Anyway, very seldom our products will occur any problem.
